Beer and BBQ go hand in hand together. Our pitmasters spend countless hours managing their pits and smoke profile to ensure the best quality meats are available for service once the gates are open. All the classic beers will be available at the Tabletop Hotel can bars and for those wanting something a little more crafty, the Thirsty Devil Brewery will be onsite with their range of frothies.

ENTERTAINMENT
Get Fired Up for a weekend full of entertainment. We have live demonstrations shown throughout the weekend including butchery and barbecue with a wide range of products so you can become a pitmaster at home. We have live music kicking on all night Saturday, acoustic Sunday and two wild days of Buhurt Medieval Mayhem, full combat fighting presented by Team Basilisk.
FAMILY EVENT
We are doing our best to keep costs down and make sure our event is affordable for families so everyone can get fired up! To keep the kids entertained, we have free yard games, free jumpings castles and free entry for under 16's. Check our Facebook page for all the updates.
EXPO
Our stall holders are bringing some of the best award winning products to you. We have unique products ranging from bbq condiments and accessories, to merchandise and giftware.
